Many of us have a sense for what is coming. I believe I have more than a sense. This fund helps you to invest in the future I see coming.

A focus will be where the baby boomers and rising Asian middle class consumers will be spending their money over the next decade, and the Fund will likely give investors exposure to aged care, health care, cosmetics and tourism.

But no sector driven by unstoppable demographic trends is off limits! The fund will build diversification, reaching globally to exploit the cycles that drive economic change.

And yes, the immensely strong urbanisation and demographic trends rising from Southeast Asia and India are on my radar.

As too the inevitable substantial corrections in property and stock markets. The fund aims to position itself for this.

All my research shows that the greatest boom and bubble in the history of the world cannot last. The current pandemic I believe is a key trigger to the correction, one of a magnitude the global economy does not often see. Governments printing trillions of dollars and giving it away is an unsustainable recipe for disaster, keeping Zombie businesses alive past their time, supporting consumption patterns that cannot last.”

About the Dent Sector Fund

Harry is the Chief Investment Officer of the Dent Sector Fund.
Available soon, the fund is designed to be always “in season”, adjusting to emerging trends.

It’s intended to be a long term hold, a core investment in your portfolio, seeking to take advantage of fundamental shifts founded in demographics, and to keep you invested the right sectors, performing in markets both up and down.

The Dent Sector Fund takes advantage of Harry’s vision, and represents the first time that ordinary investors can invest as Harry would.

Harry believes that the best investment sectors are driven by fundamental trends that are reflected in cycles that have their existence firmly in the past, and which provide a stepping stone to the future.

Its focus is to find investments ahead of this time. To extract value before most others realise, aiming to outperform by being among the first serious investors in important trends as they emerge.

The Fund’s portfolio is flexible and responsive, set by the cycles Harry considers the most significant, aiming to generate return in both rising and falling markets. With a focus on listed equities, the Fund takes a global investment view.

Get underway with little as A$10,000. There are no restrictions on investor types: trustees, companies, individuals and others can invest. For the moment though, this fund is only available in Australia and New Zealand.
